Step One

Returning an item begins with contacting us. We will discuss the issue you have with your item/s and come up with the best solution to fix it. 

Return Your Item

STEP TWo

Depending on the issue with the item we will recall it either for a refund/exchange or for additional personalisation to fix any mistakes and arrange for either pick up or postage back to us.

Step Three

If you opt for refund we will refund the money within 2 working days of receiving the item. If you opt for exchange or to fix the item we will deliver your new item within 7 working days of recieving your item.

Has covid-19 affected returns?

No. We are still accepting returns.

How long will my refund take?

We will process your refund within 2 working days of recieving your item. The time it will take for the money to enter your account will depend on your bank and payment method.

Do I need proof of purchase?

Yes. Please provide us with a copy of your reciept or invoice.

What is eligible for returns?

Any item purchased within the past 30 days can be returned for any reason, excluding underwear and other personal items.
